Spearheading entire gamut of operations such as:
•Quality Planning, Scheduling, Implementation, Monitoring and Management of Projects
•Recruitment of QA/QC Engineers for deployment in ongoing & future projects
•Submitting and getting approval of material from consultant/Clients
Directing & supervising quality audits of surveillance, Internal, Subcontractor & Vendors Generation:
•PQP, QC Plans, Inspection & TestPlan
•Checking & verifying the qualityreports, performing quality checks(field inspection & tests) and confirming the non-conformance issues to superiors with likely solutions for acceptance
•Site execution plans and strategizing resources accordingly
•Method statement and conducting tool box talks explaining procedure of work with safety and quality Creating and maintaining healthy working relationship with all subcontractors
Coordinating with:
•Sub-contractor for their material and shop drawing approval
•Stores/Vendors for certifying that materialsreceivedareinaccordancewithqualityrequirementoftheproject
•QA/QC Engineer/ Inspectors working in the organization for inspecting all related activities & ensuring in compliance with Specification, Applicable standards, Approved Drawings, Relevant QA/QC Procedure /Plans
Planning and attending weekly progress meeting with client/consultant & sub-contractor and discussing the site problem as well as quality issue
Recognizing & leading NCRs, root cause analysis; therefore, taking corrective / preventive actions for follow-up and close-out
Gathering and arranging all necessary material testing and witnessing with consultant Arranging material submitted with in project budget through purchase department
Ensuring that the work gets inspected and approved from the consultant for safeguarding that the approved procedures are followed as well as and that approved material is being used for the construction
Performing progressive inspection to take preventive measures for improving the quality of the work Confirming that the work proceeds as per the approved drawings
Maintaining quality records such as check list and ensuring that construction team is following the ITPs and Method statement
Steering the successful rollout of project operations
Tracking project activities with the emphasis on quality, drawings, specifications, standards & codes Ascertaining compliance to safety, economical and technical assessments to secure the best economical results
