Responsible to provide pre sale technical feasibility and solutions for services ordered by International and National operators related (MPLS-L2/L3 VPN, Leased lines, IPLC, IP Transit)
Responsible to provide the technical feasibility and high level diagram to the KAM with our technical solution and recommendation for IPLC, Leased lines, LMC L2/L3 VPN Via GPON/Microwave
Responsible for Provisioning new customers orders with their services (MPLS L2VPN, MPLS L3 VPN, IPLC, IP Transit, Leased lines) once confirmed orders.
Responsible to deliver the technical feasibility and provision the service with in the agreed SLA with partners.
Responsible for end to end testing once circuit is provisioned both on TXM level and core level.
Responsible for aftersales support for issues related to GPON, DWDM, SDH, Microwave, core network, L2 VPN, L3VPN, IP VPN and high level escalation .
Completed Projects:
-Provided Technical Feasibility solutions via DWDM for Zain KSA for 6X10G’s
-Delivered and Implemented 6X10 Gbps leased lines via DWDM for Zain
-Technical Feasibility solutions for LMC, IPLC, Leased lines Microwave and GPON to AT & T USA, TATA, Verizon, Etisalat, Batelco, BTC, BSO, PCCW, VIVA , Du, Atheeb, ITC, STC, Lebara, Zain .
-Applied QinQ as a new solution via microwave for AT&T USA,

Working as Service Assurance Officer with the following Responsibilities:
- Receive complaints from partners and customers (Domestic or International) through email, phone or other Channel.
- Coordinate and follow up with all relevant Operation teams for quick and efficient resolution of the fault.
- Escalation of matter if complaint is not resolved within stipulated timeframe.
- Keep partner's representative and Key Account Manager updated about progress of fault resolution.
- Officially close the complaints and insure customer satisfaction.
- Act as single point of contact for all customers enquiries, requests and requirements to normal network operational activities including planed MDT, preventative actions, site access etc.
- Reports any potential or actual network risk or issue detected by the customer which may not have been detected or formally escalated.
- Adhere to the department’s policies and procedure.
o Prepare reports and internal documentation.
