Summary:

Continued to assist the business with the ongoing recruitment process for the Consulting Government projects in the Gulf focusing on Saudi Arabia by identifying the right resources and providing comprehensive end to end recruitment process, and making sure that the deliverables of the project are met as per deadline.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Gathering the required information (i.e. Projected Headcount Vs Actual need, Entities which are in demand for resources, set of skills needed per role to better assign the resources once they accept the offers) from the business partners in order to kick off the hiring process for the Consulting Government projects
- Identifying the stakeholders to better communicate the progress of the process.
- Initiating the recruitment process which includes but not limited to:
* Drafting job descriptions, and post them through the available job portals, and PwC career page by using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Conducting a thorough search to headhunt the right talents by using the available job portals, personal network, and the referrals.
* Filtering the right applicants through the ATS.
* Screening the right (shortlisted) candidates through a detailed HR interviews, and online assessments.
* Establishing, and maintaining a large pool of qualified candidates.
* Reporting the candidates’ status directly to the hiring partners, and managers on regular basis.
* Regular follow up with the Business on the candidates who are already in the recruitment process
* Update the candidates with the status of their applications
- Coaching other team members in order to meet the desirable outcome.
- Tackling obstacles and work on the right solutions\ alternatives.
- Delivering the required results meeting deadlines. (i.e. search, and headhunt right talents through the available job portals, and my own network).
- Managing 4 outsourcing agencies by keep comprehensive record on all the candidates who were enrolled in PwC recruitment process to ensure that they are providing unique resources, and take the new candidates provided through the agreed recruitment process.
- Utilizing my technical knowledge in order to maximize the required outcome. Always making sure to make myself aware of any updates on the current Job portals, and networks, by reading and continuous learning.
- Sharing knowledge, and experience with other team members.
- Utilized Google tools in order to facilitate convey accurate numbers and statistics to both stakeholders and team members.
- Have successfully built clear communication channels with my stakeholders to better understand the business requirements which made it easier to communicate openly, and to deliver my ideas/ suggestions/ recommendations to the business smoothly.
