1) Handling complete project life cycle of a given project .i.e., from analyzing the requirement to installation through Estimation, Design, Execution.
2) Coordinate with other service teams & Civil.
3) Review and understand tender drawings, Specification and Scope of work.
4) Review of Shop Floor Drawings and As-Built drawings and getting it approved form consultant.
5) Submitting Material Submittals with samples and getting approval.
6) Provide direction and support to project team.
7) Conduct site meetings.
8) Rise Material Inspection, Request for Inspection.
9) Follow all HSE rules and regulations at site.
1) Cooling load estimate, Heat Loss calculations following ASHRAE standards.
2) Evaporator cooling coil selection, ESP calculation for Blower and Fan, Pump Head calculation.
3) Ventilation system, Staircase Pressurization system and Fresh Air system designing.
4) Designing of Chiller piping, Duct sizing/layout, Pipe sizing/routing & develop riser diagrams.
5) Selection of FCU, AHU, FAHU.
6) Selection of Sprinkler type, Fire Hose Reel and Fire extinguisher.
7) Dry Riser, Wet Riser and Fire Hydrants system.
8) Pipe division system (branched, looped, gridded).
9)Drainage system, Vent pipe system, Water Supply system.
10) Tank capacity selection, Pump selection.
11) Prepare BOQ, cost benefit analysis, tech specs & tender documents.
12) Request for information (RFI).
