Scope of Works:
HVAC Scope included design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and
handing over complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as
follows: Fresh Air / Air Handling Units / AC Split units & Duct split units &
Packaged units / VRF system / Exhaust Fans & Pressurization Fans.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Designing full shop drawings of HVAC systems using AUTO-CAD.
- Estimating and making quotations as per drawings, specifications, and vendor
lists for the HVAC system.
- Preparing of material submittals and taking approvals from consultants
and clients.
- Preparing heat load calculation using HAP program.
- Attending weekly and monthly meetings along with consultant and main -
subcontractors.
- Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule.
- Attending all testing & commissioning of the HVAC system.
- Responsible for ordering the required material for the project after negotiation with suppliers for the project's executions.
- Ensuring achievement of project mission and goals and day-to-day monitoring
work and planning entire work.
- Preparing periodic reports for the general manager including variations/
changes, claims, schedules, upcoming activities.
- Preparing As-Build drawing (AUTO-CAD).
