- Control of cash flows and regulation the relationships with suppliers & customer and follow up Inventory, showroom, and preparing all periodic and required financial reports and the budget
- supervising the financial department by monitoring daily accounting tasks and settlement the final statements and prepare of balance sheet with auditor.
- Follow - up logistic and admin work, income statement and other financial statement according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Control all aspects of expenditure and revenue analysis.
- Review invoices, Payment requests, Expense reimbursements, and Documents prior to approval.
- Review and prepare and analyze employee’s payroll, sales tax, income tax, social security.
- Interact with creditors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and effective cash use.
- Provide training needs of accounting staff and necessary orientation to other Departments.
- Developing policies and procedures for all departments and divisions in the company.
- Prepare and document business process and policies to ensure strength of internal control.
- Follow up different banking transactions, cost the shipments and orders and assistance with administrative matters.

Supervising the business daily, monthly and annual for the financial section, and The preparation of the final accounts and financial reports for management, addition the human resources and Cooperation with tax department and external auditors.
My responsibility in the preparation of accounts daily and review of general restrictions as well as to prepare the sales tax and income tax monthly and annual, follow-up and registration of the warehouse, preparing the salaries and the monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the clearance of goods and follow-up of external audits and administrative matters and liaison officer with the social security and income tax department, on system application (alpha).
