Lead the sales team. Target new business opportunities. Assisting GM in implementing sales strategies.
• Managing the performance of the sales team based on key performance indicators

• Coordinate with various departments includes, Fleet sales, Retail sales, Pre-Owned car division, Inhouse
finance, PDI etc. for Approvals and preparing vehicles for delivery.
• Functioning as a goodwill
Provided customers with excellent customer service.
• Looking after the online portals of clients for procurement, tendering, vendor registration etc.
• Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
• Receive payments and obtain credit authorizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns and needs on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist customer by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
• Provide a systematic approach on monitoring many fleets.
• Keep abreast with the market trends and monitor competitor’s activities and achieve best deals.
• Visit potential customers for new business.
To develop & maintain extensive customer data base.
• To work as a team with the Sales Administrators, back-office staffs, other sales staff & the Business
Development Executives by sharing the necessary information pertaining to the job which contributes
more to the self-success & success of peers.
