*Led talent planning sessions, advising managers on compensation decisions based on benchmark data, job analysis and external competitiveness.

*Handle bulk recruitment projects for blue collars.
* Manage monthly payrolls in liaison with finance department on SAP.
*Handle multiple insurance policies such as health insurance, work men compensation and third-party liability.
*Manage employee exit processes such as exit interview, exit clearance, end of benefits and visa cancellation.
*Provide supervision on visa processes to PRO for renewals/non renewals and new visas for the group of companies.
*Manage the renewals/non renewals of staff accommodation, occupancy, and vacant space management.
*Executes and build upon existing performance programs (e.g talent reviews, appraisal processes); and identifying opportunities to strengthen the status quo.

I have joined CCG as a Recruitment Officer where i have challenged myself by entering into a new industry which is specialized in Fire Protection, Water & Waste Water Treatment & Environmental solutions.
I have had an opportunity to recruit across the group for various positions of white and blue collars like chemical engineers/mechanical engineers/operators (for water treatment)/sales engineers, management professionals & more.
