I am working as an Electrical In-Charge in Meghna Energy Limited 10MW Gas Based SPP. This Plant is
Operated by Energypac Power Generation Limited. My Responsibilities are given Below:
Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of utility machineries, Rolls Royce Engine, Woodward Governor,
Siemens PLC, AVR etc.
Supervising and monitoring and preparing training material of Engineering Personnel.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of measuring and protection system, MV and LV switchgear and
Control system,
Maintenance and troubleshooting all low voltage equipments in the power plant, 11kV/6.3kV Sub Station.
Preparing and Supervising of daily schedule work.
Troubleshooting of all automatic temperature control valve, radiator, Thermal unit, over head Crane.
Preparing daily maintenance records, weekly load check record, weekly timer list of all PLC based equipment.
Maintaining the requisition from different department.
Preparing Monthly REB Export and Import Bill.
Doing Positive Research for minimizing the monthly consumption from REB, Reaching the Maximum Level
of Export to REB, Balancing the DG's Power Factor, Reactive Power with Respect to REB and Our
Consumption.
Preparing Monthly budget for Electrical Preventive Maintenance.
Modifying existing electrical system for better output and flexibility.
Supervising 500Hr, 1500Hr Rolls-Royce Engine Mechanical Schedule maintenance.
Maintenance Work:
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of machineries.
Supervising and monitoring the works of Engineering Personnel.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of measuring and protection system, MV and LV switchgear and
Control system,
Maintenance and troubleshooting all low voltage equipments in the power plant, 11kV/132kV Sub
Station.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of air compressors.
Troubleshooting of all automatic temperature control valve, radiator, Thermal unit, over head Crane,
etc.
Preparing daily maintenance records, weekly load check record, weekly timer list of all PLC based
equipment.
Procurement Work:
Supervising the whole purchase team.
Maintaining the requisition from different department.
Communicating with third party for local purchase
Selecting the best quotation among foreign and local suppliers on basis of market value.
Purchasing the best quality parts by effective bargaining
Metering Work:
Downloading monthly Generation reading by Using MeterCat software and Preparing billing
Statement and Communicating with PDB and PGCB personnel to approve monthly billing statement
24X7 alarm and fault monitoring.
MUX fault and event monitoring, cross connections, MSP groups, transmission design.
End point provision, Realm, Codec profile, Calling plan modification, carrier provisioning
RTP & SIP trace, ASR, ACD, PDD issue & fault detection and escalatio
