 Provide specialized technical support for troubleshooting and failure analysis for all equipment .Create & review maintenance strategy, maintenance plans, maintenance procedures and spare parts availability to improve the plant reliability.
 Review requirements for materials, spare parts and equipment, advice on stock levels and material descriptions, and provide suggestions for alternatives or interchangeability of parts.
 Update Standard operating instructions and preparation / update of Work instructions.
 Develop/ improve predictive, preventive and major maintenance programs for equipments.
 Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians to carry out troubleshooting of plant problems, recommending corrective actions, modifications or refurbishments.
 Ensure that all maintenance support services are provided in accordance with internationally recognized engineering standards.
 Prepare/review procedures for critical equipment maintenance jobs.
 Provide field support for work execution of critical equipments.
 Preparation of capital and operating budgets by identifying specific items to be included in budget submission. Technically evaluates bids related to direct capital and operating budget purchase requisitions.
 Issue root cause failure analysis reports for equipments, and create RCA approaches.
 Work as per technical & professional engineering standards and HSE guidelines specified by the Company
 To plan, coordinate and ensure safe and efficient execution of the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance for all static and rotating equipment’s in Steam Turbine package.
 Responsible for executing Preventive, planned, forced, major maintenance of Ansaldo and Siemens Steam Turbine and auxiliaries including Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Valves, Reciprocating & Screw Compressor and all the auxiliaries in Steam turbine package.
 Reviewing the contractors/suppliers quotation and technical offers for up-gradation/refurbishment of rotating and stationery equipment’s of Steam Turbine and auxiliaries.
 Monitoring Plant Oracle Maintenance Management System including proposing changes to enhance the System efficiency and operation, determining the overall priorities for system users and acting as prime liaison for computerized information needs between Dept. and IT Dept. Supervising the Implementation of work control system.

 Worked from planning stage of 2*660 MW Power Project executions.
 Involved in Level 3 micro schedule planning stage of the Project in accordance with L2 milestone. Critical path analysis of micro planning to meet the milestone of the project. Mapping the material delivery plan with master schedule to ensure timely completion of the Project.
 Implementd the L3 schedule sucessfully on Steam Turbine package.
 Responsible for preparing material codes for TG materials and services in SAP, rising purchase requisition, processing contractor bill, material requisition through SAP.
 Responsible for executing work, directing and supervising the contractors in ensuring compliance with Steam Turbine & Generator scope during installation.
 Responsible for installation, commissioning of all rotating equipment’s including high pressure Boiler Feed Water Pump, Condensate extraction Pump and all rotating auxiliaries in Turbine and generator package as per approved drawing.
 Checking the assembly documentation with regards to quantitative and qualitative scope.
 Preparation of method of statement/work procedure for erection and commissioning of equipments.
 Responsible for execution of work as per approved quality plan.
 Coordinating with client, contractor and Chinese counterparts for various site technical issues and resolving the same.

 Project engineering & coordination for 2 units of Turbine-generator and auxilaries installation with Chinees counterpart for various project requirements, material issues.
 Undertook site technical surveys, Optimized execution process, resource utilization and successfully commissioned both the units within client stipulated time.
 Assisted Project management function and contract closing after completion of Project.
