 Handling Stores Operations and Administration
 Full responsibility for the commercial management of the Store’s operations, Sales, planning, business development, Marketing, procurement, including P& L. Work directly with the Regional Manager.
 Vendor management and stock planning
 Define objectives and ensure communication to employees to follow the SOP.
 Responsible for budgets, forecasts and suggestions for improving the efficiency, reducing costs without determent to quality standards.
 Direct, plan and supervising a team of about 60staff.
