Project:
Construction of Afghan National Army Camp at Forward Operating Base (FOB) Hadrian, Dehrawood, Urozgan province. Project work included; construction of anti vehicle trench, 1600LM reinforced stone masonry boundary wall, installation of Y posts, Initial survey of the site, grading and compaction, guard towers, guard shakes, entry control points (ECP), trash collection points, generator plants, concrete pad for generators, box culvert, drop arm gate, administration buildings.
Responsibilities:
- oversea all construction activities from start to finish
- perform a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources
- ensuring that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule
- implementation of various operations through proper coordination
- development of effective communication and mechanism for resolving conflicts among the various participants
