• Induction Motors and Motor Control Centers (0.42 KV, 3.3 KV, 11 KV).
• Circuit Breakers (11 KV, 6KV, 3.3 KV, 0.4KV).
• Power Factor Improvement Plant.
• Emergency Diesel Generators.
• Variable Frequency Drives.
• Uninterrupted Power Supply Systems (UPS).

PROJECT:
• Review of Electrical FEED document, Detail engineering of Electrical system, Technical Bid Evaluation and Purchase orders.
• Execution of the project as per Scope, schedule, budget and Work best to achieve performance targets set by seniors and my team.
• Managed the team of 02 No. Project Engineer and 04 No. technical staff.
• Supervise the installations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and perform troubleshooting of following equipments,
Switchgears 11kV, 3.3KV and 0.4KV, Motor control centers 0.4KV, 3.3KV, UPS and D.C Chargers, 200KVA and 300KVA Diesel Generators, Transformers, Cable selection and cable schedule, Lighting system, Power distribution boards, Lightening system, Cathodic Protection system, Telecom (EPABX) and Public Address system, Power Factor Improvement Plant.
• Preparation of electrical commissioning procedures.
• Testing and calibration of following relays.
• Testing of the relays with following testing equipments.
• Ensure accomplishment of International standards codes (IEC, CENELEC, NEMA),
Protection Concepts, Area Classification, Apparatus Grouping, Temperature Class, Ingressive Protection codes.
• Factory acceptance test conducted of following equipments,
Generators (200KVA & 300KVA), Transformers (5MVA, 2MVA & 1.25MVA), Switchgears (0.4KV & 11KV)
• Conducting job safety analysis (JSA).
• Liaising with contractor and sub-contractor staff regarding effective progress.
• Training, mentoring and managing to the trainee engineers.
• Preparation of Punch list items and their rectification.
• Operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of several rating Gas and Diesel Generators.
• 0.4KV substation (MCC) with Load shedding scheme (LSS).
