1- To manage marketing & Sales of industrial & water treatment chemicals through close coordination with branch offices in Riyadh, AL-Khobar, Jeddah, Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
2- To manage agency business with principal suppliers & customers of Industrial & water treatment Chemicals.
3- To look after agency business with local suppliers like Jana, Gulf Salt etc. also the sales and marketing of lab chemicals, instruments and hospital supplies business with Merck.
4- To manage business with miscellaneous European & Chinese suppliers for supply of all kind of chemicals for supply to customers in all kind of industries.
5- To maintain and enhance sales of existing products under responsibility.
6- New business development to inject new products inline through effective liaison with customers, suppliers and branch offices.
7- Inquiry generation direct through customer visits & through branch offices for existing & new products. Further working on it to develop prices from international suppliers and negotiations with suppliers to get market competitive rates so as to materialize deals with customers as well as with suppliers.
8- Market intelligence through personal visits, branch offices feedback and modern exploration tools. Preparation of comparative statements and presentations for business development based on market intelligence reports.
9- Budgeting & forecasting for setting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets to enhance sales of existing products and to introduce new products to sales team. Further, strict monitoring of sales on periodic basis for implementation of budget & forecast reports.
10- To generate order proposals for final purchase on the basis of forecasting for stock sales and confirmed orders in hand from customers.
11- After sales technical back up to customers of industrial & water treatment chemicals as well we as to sales executives of branch offices.
1.Marketing of products (Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Nickel Chloride, Zinc Chloride and Ferric Chloride, CMC, CPW, PAC, Phosphoric Acid and PVC) manufactured by Specialty Chemical Division (SCD).
2.Close liaison with customers for generation of orders, timely delivery of goods and for payments on time.
3.Generation of daily, monthly and annual sales reports by using different computer software.
4.Preparation and presentation of techno-commercial research and sales analysis reports.
5.After Sales, Technical Services for all SCD Products regarding their application in water treatment, electroplating, galvanizing, textile, food, beverages, automotive industry, paper industry, printed circuit boards (PCB) manufacturing, abrasives and grinding stone manufacturing sectors.
6.Market Surveys to find best potential products available in market, which can be manufactured under SCD.
7.Market analysis for improvement of present products by SCD.
8.Analysis and testing of products manufactured by SCD on the basis of complaints from customers and feedback to Technical Cell for improvement of SCD products.
9.Lab Trials for comparison of SCD products with that of available in market.
10.Documentation (from orders generation to execution of confirmed orders) for Export of all products by Sitara Chemicals.
11.Close liaison with Production, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Bank and Chamber of Commerce for timely execution of export orders.
1-To lead production team.
2-R&D work to improve running and develop new products to increase product line.
3-To ensure production operations of Shampoo, Shaving Cream, Tooth Paste, Hair Removing Cream, Hair Removing Lotion, Hair color and Talcum Powder as per SOP of company.
4-Testing and verification of finished products manufactured by Samsol as per ISO-9001 quality standards.
5-Management of departmental records/operations as per ISO 9001-2000 & ISO 14001standards.
6-To find out best practices for disposal of solid wastes and liquid effluents by testing of treated and untreated effluent samples as per ISO114001 to meet NEQS.
7-Market research for development of new products and to locate best economical sources for supply of quality raw materials.
8-Close relation with regular suppliers & manufacturers for purchase of quality raw materials.
9-Generation of production plans/reports.
10-Departmental Budget monitoring and workers efficiency evaluation.
1.Technical Services to potable / wastewater treatment plants (Chemical as well as Bio-Chemical wastewater treatment plants) of Tanneries, Textile, Pulp & Paper and food industries, also to water treatment plants at Power Stations all over the Pakistan being operated with water treatment chemicals manufactured by Sitara Chemical Industries Limited (SCIL) .
2.R&D work to improve old and develop new treatment methods for different waters/effluent types.
3.Samples collection and preservation for further analysis.
4.Analysis of potable/ waste water samples for testing of pH, Conductivity, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD, Turbidity and Oil & Grease by using “Hach Test Kit” Model CEL/890 Advanced Portable Laboratory. Cat No. 26885-00.
5.Analysis and testing of products manufactured by Specialty Chemical Division (SCD) of SCIL on the basis of complaints from customers and feedback to Technical Cell for improvement of SCD products.
