Legal compliance of hse action plan for the scope, ensure full establishment of KPI through Hazard accident and incident mitigation.
To assist with the implementation of project occupational health, safety and environmental management plan and associated procedures.
To assist in the preparation of and implementation of the project hazard identification and risk assessment and environmental impact assessment and associated procedures.
Monitor all site activities in respect of legal and other HSE compliance, report identified issues and provide guidance/ assistance as necessary.
Conduct site safety inspection and record any deficiencies in HSE observation Tracker for closure.
Follow up and ensure closure of any non-compliance identified through Audit or inspection processes.
To perform daily review and validation of work permits and conduct pre-work inspections related to Permit to Work issuance process.
To conduct inspections of plants, tools, and equipment in line with HSE plan.
Assist with generation and maintenance of HSE related contemporary records.
Participate in internal Audits and external audits conducted as required.
Identify potential HSE training needs and assist with the delivery of HSE training as required.
Actively support daily pre-task briefings and toolbox talk processes.
Conduct regular emergency drills as scheduled.
Report all HSE related incidents and assist with the incident investigation as required.
Carry out other assigned task deemed necessary by the management (to limits of training's / capability and authority
Regular site visit report on non-compliance.
Equipment inspection to ensure valid third parties’ certificate.
Weekly and monthly report to safety lead.
Conduct site induction for visitors or new workers as it calls.
Advice and support for maintenance and operation team regarding safe work system per task.
Providing internal training for operation as scheduled monthly.
Ensure mock drill is fully met and complete as indicated in KPI.
Provide voluntary training as monthly scheduled.
Enforce compliance.
