• To Review Architectural Shop drawing, details using standard Architectural notes as given.
• To Draw and coordinate Plans From Concept Design Phase Up to Design Development Phase (DC1 up to IFC)
• Reviewing and study developed drawings (Concept, Schematic, Tender, and Execution).
• Perform design, detailing, drafting revisions, calculation and checking.
• Conduct in-site inspections and attend meetings.
• Coordinating with Structural, MEP, & ID Surveying and other related discipline.

1 Review drawing plans such as IFC drawing and shop drawing (for construction)
2 Coordinate the architectural drawing with MEP and discrepancy to civil / structural drawing.
3 Coordinate to shop drawing the actual site condition with the shop drawing reference prior for revision.
4 Coordinate to QA/QC Emgr. / Arch. for the completed work on project prior for documentation.
5 Directly inspect the quality of architectural work finish from substrate until to finishing work.
6 Conduct in-site inspections and attend meetings.
7 Coordinate the quality of control sample / mock-up sample prior for inspection approval of the consultant / clients.
8 Keep daily record report of the site work progress (Architecture).
9 Ensure the approved completed work are well protected prior for final inspection and hand over.
10 To Provide Final as built drawings to be submitted to consultant for approval and distributed to all relevant parties in order to complete design process.

2. Manage and maintain the record of all incoming and outgoing drawings from the office in accordance with Red Asia Quality Assurance procedures.
3. Ensure the format of the CADD drawings is set up to cater for individual projects specific requirements.

4. Liaison with One Zone personnel and One Zone directors both here in the Philippines, Vietnam and United Kingdom
5. Independent to all outgoing PDF projects to clients and use computer as necessary.
6. Attend meetings and Seminars.

1. Responsible in the design and production of architectural plans and drawings;
2. Computes the land allocation data of the subdivision to determine the saleable area and to check if the site development plans follows the necessary laws to be considered such as BP 220, PD 957 and National Building Code;
3. Plans and design house models and amenities of the subdivision;
4. Prepares the complete construction drawings and details;
5. Prepare project presentation by rendering perspectives and plans using AUTOCAD Release 2005
6. Responsible in the production of sales map needed by the Marketing Department;
7. Coordinates with the outside consultants like landscape architects, interior designers, etc. regarding management requirements, schedules and billings;
8. Conducts site visits/inspection if necessary;
9. Planning and analysis of Site Development plans, topographic map, road layout, waterline system, drainage system, site grading, road profiles and standard details;
