Ted Jacob Engineering Group is a Design Engineering company with branches in the USA and the UAE. My job has been focused on supporting the HR department with talent acquisition as well as with communications, by managing social media, attending events and maintaining communication with the company’s staff and candidates.

• Managing social media, engaging followers, answering inquiries.
• Talent acquisition: Getting in contact with candidates, manage interviews, communications, profiles, sorting documents, screening CVs; understanding the company's needs and requirements in order to find the right people not only to fill up vacancies, but to maintain company's message and clarity.

Apart from my work experience hired in different companies, I've continued to work as a freelance photographer since 2014, taking on various photography jobs such as food, interior, portraits and photojournalism.

During the Mexican Election campaigns of early 2018, I joined a political marketing agency with the mission of increasing exposure of a local candidate to increase followers and potential voters. Working along side other journalists, we managed to increase reach by reporting and covering daily events that were published in social media and local newspapers.
