As part of a Project Management Team - PMT and act as owner representative. My key major role and responsibilities is to accomplish the project in an ahead of time schedule within the budget and with highest Safety and Quality standards. Perform detailed design review and approval. Part of my job is to review and approve Contractors proposed Subcontractors, Materials, Shop Drawings, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc. Perform review and approve Calculations of Loads, Single Line Diagrams, Voltage Drop Calculations, Short Circuit Calculations and etc.

Detailed Responsibilities of Works:
 Directly reporting to the Project Manager regarding Electrical Works.
 Design review and approve detailed layout and calculations of loads for Medium and Low Voltage System from Ring Main Units, Transformers, Main Switch Boards, Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Panel Boards and Lighting Panel Boards.
 Design review and approve layout and calculations of loads for Lighting Fixtures layouts.
 Perform design review and approve layout and calculations of loads for Power Supply System of various connected equipment loads.
 Perform design review and approve layout of Grounding System and Lightning Protection System.
 Perform various design review and approve layout and calculation requirements for Raceways (Conduits, Wire Ways, Cable Trays, and Cable Trunks), Trench/Duct Banks, Wires/Cables, Circuit Breakers and etc.
 Perform basic design review and approve calculations for Low Current System such as Fire Alarm System, Telephone System, Master Clock System, CCTV System, Access Control System, Public Address System, CATV System, Nurse Call System, Structured Cabling System, BMS, Intercom System and etc.
 Perform design review and approve Single Line Diagrams for Power and Low Current Systems.
 Perform jobsite survey and plant visit on prospective electrical manufacturing products.
 Attend project meetings and coordinate work interface with other related disciplines, Clients, Contractors, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc.
 Prepare Materials, Labor and Man-hour Labor budget cost estimates (BOQ).
 Response to Technical Queries (TQ) and review Method Statements related to work.
 Perform Technical Bid Evaluation/Analysis (TBE) and recommend for Client approval.
 Perform review and approval for the pre-qualifications of Subcontractors, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc.
 Perform review and approval of Contractor’s Materials Submittals and Shop Drawings.
 Perform review and approval of various coordination drawings with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and etc.
 Supervise Contractor installations at jobsite and verify if in accordance to approved Contract Documents (IFC Plans, Project Technical Specifications, latest revision memo and etc.) and inspect Contractor’s Request for Inspection (RFI) and Material Deliveries on site (MIR).
 Perform jobsite Safety and Quality Inspections (QA/QC) and issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) as well as corrective recommendations upon necessary.
 Perform review and approval of Contractor’s Variation Orders, Warranties, As-built Drawings, Spare Part List, Operation and Maintenance Manual (OM) and etc.
 Perform and generate work related communication letters to Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers and etc. upon necessary.
 Witness critical testing and commissioning prior to handover of project.

Contractors, Suppliers/Manufacturer to fulfill the project requirements.
Prepare project electrical variation works proposal upon necessary.
Perform Testing and Commissioning works for Electro-mechanical system.
Prepare Warranty Certificates, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O and M), agreed Spare Parts items, As-built Drawings and etc for hand over to Client.
Assist the company in settling project accounts payments, billings and collectibles.
