As part of a Project Management Team - PMT and act as owner representative. My key major role and responsibilities is to accomplish the project in an ahead of time schedule within the budget and with highest Safety and Quality standards. Perform detailed design review and approval. Part of my job is to review and approve Contractors proposed Subcontractors, Materials, Shop Drawings, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc. Perform review and approve Calculations of Loads, Single Line Diagrams, Voltage Drop Calculations, Short Circuit Calculations and etc.

Detailed Responsibilities of Works:
 Directly reporting to the Project Manager regarding Electrical Works.
 Design review and approve detailed layout and calculations of loads for Medium and Low Voltage System from Ring Main Units, Transformers, Main Switch Boards, Distribution Boards, Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Panel Boards and Lighting Panel Boards.
 Design review and approve layout and calculations of loads for Lighting Fixtures layouts.
 Perform design review and approve layout and calculations of loads for Power Supply System of various connected equipment loads.
 Perform design review and approve layout of Grounding System and Lightning Protection System.
 Perform various design review and approve layout and calculation requirements for Raceways (Conduits, Wire Ways, Cable Trays, and Cable Trunks), Trench/Duct Banks, Wires/Cables, Circuit Breakers and etc.
 Perform basic design review and approve calculations for Low Current System such as Fire Alarm System, Telephone System, Master Clock System, CCTV System, Access Control System, Public Address System, CATV System, Nurse Call System, Structured Cabling System, BMS, Intercom System and etc.
 Perform design review and approve Single Line Diagrams for Power and Low Current Systems.
 Perform jobsite survey and plant visit on prospective electrical manufacturing products.
 Attend project meetings and coordinate work interface with other related disciplines, Clients, Contractors, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc.
 Prepare Materials, Labor and Man-hour Labor budget cost estimates (BOQ).
 Response to Technical Queries (TQ) and review Method Statements related to work.
 Perform Technical Bid Evaluation/Analysis (TBE) and recommend for Client approval.
 Perform review and approval for the pre-qualifications of Subcontractors, Manufacturers, Suppliers and etc.
 Perform review and approval of Contractor’s Materials Submittals and Shop Drawings.
 Perform review and approval of various coordination drawings with Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and etc.
 Supervise Contractor installations at jobsite and verify if in accordance to approved Contract Documents (IFC Plans, Project Technical Specifications, latest revision memo and etc.) and inspect Contractor’s Request for Inspection (RFI) and Material Deliveries on site (MIR).
 Perform jobsite Safety and Quality Inspections (QA/QC) and issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) as well as corrective recommendations upon necessary.
 Perform review and approval of Contractor’s Variation Orders, Warranties, As-built Drawings, Spare Part List, Operation and Maintenance Manual (OM) and etc.
 Perform and generate work related communication letters to Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Manufacturers and etc. upon necessary.
 Witness critical testing and commissioning prior to handover of project.

Project Bidding Stage:
Report directly to the Engineering Manager regarding status/update of Electrical Works both for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Current (LC) System.
Organize needed project technical requirements in order to qualify by the client/owner for project biddings.
Participate in the bidding conferences and lead company electrical estimates in order to enhance the aspects of work.
Review and prepare design concept and recommends value engineering procedures as applicable to further ensure a reasonable state.
Prepare project technical data and necessary requirements prior to submission of project bid proposal to client/owner.
Project Construction Stage:
Report directly to the Engineering Manager regarding status/update of Electrical Works both for Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Current (LC) System.
Conduct audit on electrical work construction drawings in order to determine the approximate financial budget needed.
Organize Manpower Loading, Tools, Equipments, Materials and all necessary requirements to be utilized at site.
Secure necessary required Electrical Permits prior to site mobilization.
Verify approved Technical Specifications and Contract Drawings and immediately develop required Technical Shop Drawings, Technical Material Submittals and analyze proposal of prospective Manufacturer/Suppliers.
Coordinate approval of Material Inspection Report (MIR) to the Consultants.
Coordinate approval of Request for Inspection (RFI) to the Consultants.
Contractors, Suppliers/Manufacturer to fulfill the project requirements.
Prepare project electrical variation works proposal upon necessary.
Perform Testing and Commissioning works for Electro-mechanical system.
Prepare Warranty Certificates, Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O and M), agreed Spare Parts items, As-built Drawings and etc for hand over to Client.
Assist the company in settling project accounts payments, billings and collectibles.

Report directly to the Project Manager regarding status/update of Electrical Works from High Voltage (HV) to Low Voltage (LV) and Special Systems.
Conduct inspection and witness Contractor’s Material Inspection Reports (MIR) in relation to conformity to the approved Electrical Technical Specifications and Contract Drawings.
Conduct joint inspection with Contractors regarding its Request for Inspections (RFI) to validate the Electrical installation work for High Voltage (HV) to Low Voltage (LV) System at site.
Prepare/Draft Site Instructions (S I) and communication letters that has something to do with Electrical Works.
Conduct inspection on Contractors Low Current (LC) System layout such as Clock System, Telephone, Intercom System, Fire Alarm and Detection System, CCTV System, Building Management System (BMS) and etc.
Conduct joint inspection and validate Contractors QA/QC Checklist results for its testing and commissioning activities.
Conduct Plant/Factory Inspection of Electrical Equipments for the project such as Lighting Fixtures, Panel Boards, Motor Control Centers, ATS, MTS, Disconnect Switches, Transformers, Generator Set and etc prior to delivery at site.
Prepare/Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to the Contractor upon deviation to Contract Drawings, Project Technical Specifications and etc.
Monitor and Inspect Contractors daily Electrical Works activities at site.
Attend QA/QC meetings and other related meetings that has something to do with Electrical Works.
Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC updates to be reported to Management.
Validate Contractor Variation Orders and Assess Contractor progress accomplishment on site and endorse equivalent financial payment to management.
Review Contractors submitted Operation and Maintenance Manual (O and M), As-Built Plans and etc. prior to Hand Over.

Directly reporting to the Project Manager.
Secure necessary Government Permits prior to commencement of work.
Ensure all Construction Plans, Project Technical Specifications, Shop Drawings and other related documents are available and ready for site implementation.
Prepare/Advise needed Project Manpower, Tools, Materials and Equipments loading.
Coordinate with other systems (Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary and etc.) to ensure smooth installation of work at site.
Prepare and update Project Material and Labor Cost estimates required at site.
Reconcile with client and or to his representatives regarding Variation Orders.
Lead Project Site Supervision and Management.
Attend various project meeting that has something to do with the site such as Progress Meetings, Toolbox Safety Meetings, QA/QC Meetings and etc.
Organizes needed Manufacturers and Suppliers for the project.
Ensure that electrical installation system such as Lighting and Power Layout, Panel Boards, Transformers, Motor Control Centers, Fire Alarm System, Telephone System, Clock System and etc. are properly implemented at site. Corresponding Material Inspection Request (MIR) and Request for Inspection (RFI) with and being carried over.
Establish and prepare Project Progress Billings and Collectibles.
Prepare required As-built Drawings.
Prepare QA/QC Checklist, Methodologies, Testing Procedures and etc.
Lead/Coordinate Testing and Commissioning prior to Hand Over.
Ensure Orientation and preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O and M) for Client guidance prior to Hand Over.

Report directly to the Engineering Studio Supervisor.
Prepare Tools, Materials and Equipments required for the job.
Prepare installation of Lighting and Power layout on various studio rooms.
Prepare installation of electrical power for remote media and broadcast coverage.
Repair and maintain company owned electrical equipments and components.
Perform preventive maintain on all electrical tools and equipments owned by the company.
Prepare electrical switching controls for movie and news television productions.
