Recruited to bring and develop new ideas in the company because my multiple skills and expertise in the industry. Unfortunately, the company was affected by one of the biggest fires in the Región del Maule (2017).Because the owners lost all their belongings, I took an active position to recover the company, creating a short action plan of recovery, taking the responsibility to prospect the market, change the image and brand of the company, contacting key members of organisations and potential customers in order to create long-term commercial relationships.
• Researched and contacted more than 50 companies as potential customers in two months.

• Supported and coordinate sales, deliveries, quotations and presentation of the company with the operations manager.
• Drawn, quoted, and sold prototypes of pre-built houses and panels when it was required.

Hired as sub-production manager of the production team to support the activities of the area. As the main professional with university background in wood sciences I rapidly started developing productive innovations inside of the factory due good communication with different internal stakeholders and deep understanding of the products and needs of the customers. After that, I lead operational initiatives across the organisation as use correct use of ERP, effective communication and coordination with other departments as well as teach and mentor people in areas of my expertise and skills as planning, IT (specially in Microsoft excel and formulas) and ERP.

• Lead weekly meetings with the production team to guide, delegate and obtain feedback from the production, warehouse and maintenance supervisors.
• Quick reaction of budgeting, planning, sourcing and production in situations of natural disasters.
• Standardize procedures increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the information around the factory as blueprints, stocks, deliveries and production objectives.
• Reduce close to zero non conformities of products during the period 2014-2016 (+2000 emergency houses).
• Lead inventory processes and validate the information of them, with the proper appraisal of used and discontinued raw materials and final products.
• Took decisions in undesirable situations as sourcing delays.
