Responsible for the Stock management of 20 Brands under the portfolio.
Achieve targeted sales for respective brands /Improve gross margins
Undertake stock transfers across locations based on sales trends and inputs
Coordinate with principals/ suppliers on a regular basis for store supplies
Developing and setting plans for buying and selling of brands with the planned growth
Marketing in coordination with the brand principles and marketing Department.
Implementing Strategic ideas to sell out the aged or dead stock/ Brand Strategy
Monitoring the Sales in 30 showrooms and maintaining the optimum stock level.
Meeting with the supplier for the review of the plan and strategies,
Timely introduction of Line extension, identifying the slow movers, fast movers and dead stock
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
Providing information to the suppliers like Stock situation, Sales Ranking and Comparison

Preparation of brand assortment/ Placement and promotion
Identification of ageing stock, suggesting actions to be taken against them
Preparation of Sales budget by brand by showroom by supplier
Brand Segmentation and penetration/ Niche marketing
