- Draft Contractual letters to the Contractor and Client
- Checking contractors’ payments, evaluation contractors’ assessments of variations & variation orders, preparation and cost estimation client’s site instructions; TOC reports, draft TOC & DLC and Close Out documents.

The Packages included Residential Building and Hospitals construction as well as The Central Energy Plant (CEP), Roads and Infrastructure works.
The work consisted of supervising Building Construction, installation of underground services, infrastructure like storm water drainage system with storm water tank, sewage; the civil works of cold water network, chilled water system, irrigation system, fire hydrant & fire protection systems, telephone system, laying of High voltage and low voltage cables, BMS system, roads construction, soft & hard landscaping, street & landscaping lighting
Roads project # ERC 0598/CI-RIW.
Improvement of existing roads at Al- Wukair (Roads Department / Wakra Roads Division).
Assigned as an Assistant PC (Project Coordinator) to Eng. Mohamed Al Emadi, Area Engineer (Zones 30 up to 39/Doha City), in Roads Department/Doha Roads Division (ERC 0684/SI RIW Doha Roads).
