Also I ensure smooth vehicle maintenance workflow methods in workshops through workshop capacity planning, improving staff efficiency and productivity, maintaining safety and healthy work environment, helping in developing staff competencies and setting maintenance programs to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
Also I was responsible for the schedule maintenance, repair and the safety for many of the US Army and Navy vehicles.
Garage Operation Management :
Communication with senior management in order to work on the development of the garage with the latest technology and advanced equipment to suit all kinds of modern vehicles
