Steered with EVP for UAE & Oman to analyze +10 technology systems in place and worked to consolidate them with 1 new Oracle EBS ERP (6M AED) to meet the business needs. • Developed efficient operation and maintenance of related IT systems and services in the organization. • Implemented (QMS) Quality Management Systems (Procedures, Forms, KPIs and Policy) to ensure IT Service delivery is precise, consistent and business-focused. • Developed an IT budget & expenditures before material changes to be comprehensive and drove it to be aligned with the overall enterprise strategy and business leaders’ vision. • Coached IT team to deliver IT services with a high standard of quality, using strong leadership skills. Installed, configured and monitored Windows servers OS: 2003, 2008 R2, 2012, 2016, 2019 with Roles (DC, DHCP, DNS, ADRMS, File Server, Group Policy, Failover Clustering). • Configured Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware VSphere 5, 5.5 & 6).
Built a network infrastructure to serve 50 workstations including firewall, router and switches. Conducted with ISP for enhancing internet usage by increasing the satisfaction of customers (Internet speed for gaming & surfing) and minimize internet subscription fees. Resolved system slow-down issues through network reconfigurations, integrations, and troubleshooting. Identified vulnerabilities by testing infrastructure security, using automated and manual testing tools.
