I have started my work in the sales in tarimans trading company for aluminium and glass accessories since 2003 up to 2007, and i worked also in the credit collection department ...
then i worked in emirates computer, as sales executive, beside serving the customer enquires as we know the customer service is a important part in any business and that would be very helpful to achieve the company objective.
For the time being i work in emaar malls group as guest servce associate, and looking forword to find job where can i improve my skills and experience
i worked as a supervisor in the contact center of etisalat, we handle inbound and outbound calls for other clients ( Road and transport authority of dubai) asteco proporties and for sharjah transport....
• Ensure reporting TDM issues that are directly impacting at TDM Guest Lifecycle.
• Ensure that guests are provided with high level of service in order to achieve defined guest’s satisfaction level via professional & timely response, product knowledge and willingness to help in accordance with defined SLA’s
• Provides clarification to guests with regards to any query and directs them appropriately.
• Assists the Guest Services team in handling difficult guests and ensures they are dealt with in a timely fashion.
• Handles difficult guests professionally.
• Reports complex issues and guest’s complaints to Guest Services Manager and proposes recommendations for improvement.
• Monitors interaction of the Guest Services Associates.
• Ensures Guest Services Associates are provided with standard information when interacting with guests.
• Ensures that all guest’s complaints, suggestions and feedbacks are captured.
• Ensures that the Guest Services Assistant Manager/Manager Guest Services is informed of major guest’s incidents or The Dubai Mall issues.
• Takes ownership to resolve guest’s complaints.
• Host and lead VIP Tours and act as a main point of contact when other entities are involved
listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions..
attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
After i finished my high school in jordan and moved to work in dubai, i prefered to continue my education to up my self, so i attented in etisalat academy to study program ( cat ) certified Accounting Technician......
