Key responsibility:
• Set Corporate Sales Strategy
• Managing 4 channels under Corporate Sales Department:
o Branches Network - 5 Branch Managers + 50 Sales Staff
o Bancatakaful.
o Key Accounts channel.
o Brokerage.
• Through the 4 channels, Corporate Sales has the responsibility of promoting and selling all line of business as follow:
o Health Takaful
o Motor ( TPL & Comprehensive)
o General Non Motor
o Credit Life & Group life
• Every channel has its sales targets in light of a preset portfolio mix of all LOBs
• Developing sales strategy as well as sales plans for all distribution channels of corporate sales department.
• Monitoring the sales plan implementation by following a preset benchmarks, milestones and ratios.
• Expansion Strategy & Plan for each distribution channel to ensure growth and maximum coverage to all targeted markets.
• Recruiting & Selection the necessary resources that ensure successful implementation of the expansion plan of each and every distribution channel.
• Identifying the business opportunities with Takaful al Rajhi Partners like Bank Al Rajhi and the captive business of Al Rajhi group.

I was appointed as Head of Sales and Training for the whole operation in KSA.
We have 7 Men branches and 5 Ladies branches with total manpwer of :
1. 500 Sales Takaful Advisors
2. 51 Unit Managers
3. 12 Branch Managers
4. one Regional Manager.
Departments that report to Head of Sales
1. Training department which is lead by Training Manager and 4 Trainers.
2. Agency Support in charge of all issues related to Agency.
3. Customer Care Department which is in charge of portfolio management.
The Annual Sales Budget for Takaful Ta’awuny operation is SR.100 Millions
In March 09, we achieved 45% of the total achieved in Q1-09.
Objectives till end of 2009:
• Restructuring Sales department.
• Restructuring all related department
• Developping Sales strategy
• Agency expansion by opening minimum 2 new branches
• Achieve the sales and manpower targets
January 08 till March 09:
I have joined Bank Aljazira - Takaful Taawny Division as Jeddah Branch Manager and acting as Regional Manager of Western region based in Jeddah in charge of Jeddah, Meckah and Madina. I am reporting to Head of Sales Kingdom wise.
I had been working for Alico for 10 years playing different roles, however was mostly Agency related and profit center Management
