Daily before 1:00 pm and on off days. Teaching English Language to G4-12 students and help them in preparation for university admissions & entrance exams.
Answer AUB and AUBMC incoming calls. Operate call center switch board to relay incoming calls, outgoing and interoffice calls. Schedule patients’ appointments and operate software to take messages channeled to clinic assistants and nurses. Operate room service software, paging system and the Public Address System. Support the mission and vision of the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) and that of the Department.
Attend nursing station and provide clerical and reception support to clinical staff to ensure the efficient management of a unit. Demonstrate good organizational and interpersonal skills. Coordinate with other departments at the medical center to ensure the smooth and proper functioning of the unit. Accountable for charging patients accurately. Abide by Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements, including but not limited to International Patient Safety Goals, national and international standards, as well as Magnet standards.

Coordinating the English Language Department

•Coordinating purchase orders with outside parties and school warehouse to ensure quality product purchase (books, electronic items).
