For Group Entities Report To Finance Group

•Leading finance team 11 Junior accountant by providing timely and accurate financial information to support the operational execution, management objectives, and client inquiries.
•Manage monthly closings and reporting for all entities, including journal entries, supervising account reconciliations, consolidation, job costing, inventory
•Implemented financial analysis to provide timely financial reports to top management & finance group.
•Coordinate the periodic audits with local audit firms and with other external partners such as Tax Advisors in case of specific audits.
•Implemented new accounting & operation system salesforce for all group entities (Mining, Quarry products, Logistic, Farming, production)
•Work on some specific finance studies (such as financing, accounting principles, Tax implication) requested by the Top management for the region.
•Tracking budget Vs actuals of all projects / entities.

•Manage team (50 persons) in different sales points and maintain the closing of cash in daily basis for all the sales points
•Ensure the collection of payments / funds in accordance with company policies, and provided daily & weekly reports (P&L, stock listing, cash flow …) directly to the owner & management.

Reconciled all the clients’ statements then tracking the old client’s to collect the payments and reduced their balance.
•Added new POS system for restaurant department in the hotel to manage transactions & clients to provide daily reports operation / costing to the owner.
•Added & implemented new system Daisy to manage the accounting & reservation for rooms to have daily reservation /revenue reports by rooms & clients.

Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts, adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid analyzing and reconciling retain age and accounts payable ledgers, preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
•Assisting with Monthly and Year End tasks.
•Prepare, review and submit Quarterly VAT.
