• Implementation of the most popular higher Education Student Information systems like Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and “Ellucian Banner Student”: Ellucian- Higher Education System ( Recruiting & Admission, Course Catalog, Class schedule, Registration, Fee Assessment, Academic History, Housing, Student Financials & Student Accounts Receivables, Faculty Load, Degree Audit, Student, Faculty, and Advisor Self Services).
• Conduct all aspects of the software implementation life cycle from requirements gathering, data mining and cleansing, through implementation, UAT testing, and post go-live support.
• Creating the needed documentations for the project like
- Business Process Analysis.
- high-level requirements document.
- Project Scope document.
- Business process modeling.
- Business Process Implementation.
• Building reports on top of the SIS.
• Building SQL queries to extract data from the Database to Excel.
• Helping the technical and development team with data migration, doing the data migrations in some projects, create procedures to identify missing data in the conversion process.
• Support the registrar, admission team and administrators to accomplish their tasks using the SIS efficiently.
• Solving issues, suggest workarounds to avoid customizations.
• Design the needed customizations, if needed.
• Helping support team with go-live production issues using remedy system.
• Responsible for presales activates for education systems, like Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Ellucian Banner, Talisma CampusVue SIS and Scientia Scheduling System
• Systems live Demonstration, presentations, responding to RFPs, responding to compliance matrices, building proposals, preparing costing sheets.
