Drive relationship, sales and financial planning services for Elite/Gold Elite customers, migrate Elite/Gold Elite customers to higher programs by building their balances with the bank and manage and coach staff and ensure a high level of service and professionalism is displayed by a well-developed and motivated team of Personal Banking assistant
description of normal duties:-
1) Build strong trust-based relationship with existing Elite customers & monitor Elite customers’ balances, avoid their downgrade by reaching out to those with declining balances.
2) Offer Elite customers financial planning services, product sales and superior quality of service & increase the number of Elite customers.
3) Upgrade ‘with potential’ Advantage and Elite customers to higher programs by building their balances with the bank
4) Meet KPI sales and contact policy targets and achieve the annual target & Participate in and potentially lead daily retail sales team meetings.
5) Proactively attract potential Elite customers from within the bank through coordination with branch manager, commercial and corporate department and other senior bank employees.
6) Attract new Elite customers for the bank using personal connections, referrals from other elite customers, etc.
7) Supervise Personal Banking Assistant performance and provide proper coaching and guidance.
8) Manage and coach staff and ensure a high level of service and professionalism is displayed by a well-developed and motivated team of Personal Banking assistant
1) Actively market personal loan products, Cars loan Credit Cards (including overdraft ) to existing and potential customers and cross sell other products/services, and ensure that branch forecast budget for personal installment loans and Cars loans does not fall below targeted figures.
2) Scrutinize customer application & obtain required documents and pass necessary security documentation for lodgment and follow receipt confirmation.
3) Follow up on monthly installments, check regularity of the same and follow customer on pass due report in necessary and handling default payments.
4) Monitor existing Personal Loan, Car loan, and Credit Cards, monitor those in default and report as appropriate.
5) Follow up recovery of debit in case of default via monthly Visa Cards rejected payment.

7) Follow and recover from clients and/or guarantors monthly installments.
8) Prepare periodical reports and returns.
9) Follow up overdrawn (OD) accounts report.
10) Check computer generated reports and ensures correct encoding of new loans such as loan amount repayment tenor interest rate and that all encoded data is strictly as per valid sanction terms.
11) Reply to Manager and Branch Internal Controller, on various queries promptly and efficiently.
12)Supervise and oversee the activities of the personal credit assistants and personal credit officer.
13) Oversee my team and newly joining staff development and training in respect of retail credit products.
14) Authorized all transaction related to credit either for retail or corporate
15) Review of retail credit applications receive from either PCA, PCO, DSF before forward for approval as appropriate based on Credit Policy Manual guidelines and bank procedures.
16) Delegate of branch manager discretionary powers relating to credit facilities during his absence.
