Develop strategies with the Senior Managers to drive Human Connection, Same Day Help, and Timely Repair.
Deliver feedback to Genius Bar team members based on observing Genius Bar sessions, Repair Room repairs, and Net Promoter feedback.
Regularly leverage and analyze reporting to assess and understand Genius Bar performance and provide recommendations for improvement to the leadership team.
Take partnership with Managers in the role of coach to inform where coaching may need to take place.
Assist and empower team members to resolve customer concerns, and partner with store leadership to solve more complex issues when needed.
Partner with the leadership team to lead and support all Genius Bar team training, training completion, and related initiatives.
Identify and support opportunities to provide training and education about Genius Bar operations for the store team.
Use the APPLE Steps of Service to identify ownership opportunities, presents product and service recommendations, educates customers on relevant ways to buy.
Organize people and workflows at the Genius Bar to maintain the customer experience and store operating standards.
Ensure employees comply with policies, follow service strategy, and create accurate repair documentation.
Investigate customer concerns and empower team members to find appropriate solutions.
Spend sufficient time performing repairs and delivering sessions to maintain procedural knowledge.

Monitor and adjust zoning throughout the day for the Genius Bar and Repair Room. Support breaks and mealtimes at the Genius Bar.
