Engage with procurement engineer and assure if the procurement strategy is practical and efficient.
Assure to complete engineering work within the agreed programme.
Attend regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
Review all designs for its buildability and ensure it is fit for purpose.
Coordinate in between the subcontractor at site field as required.
Preparing HVAC, Plumbing packages to subcontractors and engage with management of the agreed price and scope of work.
Maintaining the productivity of subcontractors at site to assure meeting the project deadline.
Confirm the quality of work prior raising the WIR to consultant by raising internal inspection to QA/QC.
