Responsibilities: Stock management and Distribution across Pakistan as requested by District Coordinators for planned/ongoing trainings at various training/educational institutions. Maintaining record of all stock issued for training purposes by creating issue vouchers and subsequently making entries in customized excel spreadsheet for reporting purposes to senior management/Audit. Data Entry and verification Role : Primarily responsible for converting hand written data sheets in excel spreadsheets and then uploading on project’s Learning Management System for recording and reporting purposes. Monitoring and obtaining of data for each student/participant enrolled in virtual internship program to analyze their target score/progress, then reporting to Project Manager .

Transguard Group L.L.C (Cash services, Dubai & Northern Emirates from May 2015 to May 2021) Responsibilities: Collection of cash and Valuables (cheques and documents) from Customers/banks and money exchanges, by adhering company's SOPs Deposit and withdrawal of cash from central bank of UAE, and in cash management center/central vault according to demand of commercial banks Replenishment of Commercial Bank's ATMs located in all over Dubai and Northern Emirates of UAE Inspection and assessment of faults in ATMs & communicating with technical team for technical assistance to rectify it Submitting reports of daily operations to /operation officer/Supervisor
