• Implement and manage Telecom Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS)
• Implemented and managing the Ericson CBiO ( phase I completed covering Charging/EMM/EMA and CRS and phase II already started to implement BSCS and Oracle Seibel CRM target 3rd quarter of 2016)

• Implement and manage Huawei PGW/SGW (LTE) in EL and EMM systems
• Multiple VAS nodes Implementation in Mediation system(TABS/EMM/EL) as well as adopt its it implacted changes in TABS Billing systems includeing Huawei MMSC/VAS/CMS/SMSC CDR structure and accommodate all the billing and rating requirements in TABS and Comptel
• Implement and manage the NGRC, URC CDRs streams in TABS & Comptel.
• TABS Billing system integration with new CBiO/EMM to eliminate the legacy postpaid charging system for data services.
• Closely working with BI and RA for the source and processed data accuracy and interconnect settlements
• Optimization of BSS Operations by introducing several techniques i.e Dashboard, SharePoint, knowledge transfer from all areas of BSS/OSS to operation team.

Attend product presentation for different vendor for the BSS/OSS solution implementation for China Mobile Pakistan.
Bid analysis/ reconciliation and system compatibility of all the vendor and prepare the prioritize/compatibility list
BSS/OSS System Requirement Analysis:
• Conduct all BOSS system requirement analysis within the entire organization and arrange sessions for all the department with the BOSS vendor
• Information sharing with Asia Info team for old system data structure and data migration plan.
BSS/OSS system Development UAT/Cutover plan:
• Monitor system development activities. Plan the system UAT
• Conduct following systems UAT•Production management
• OCS Billing system/account management system (back end process MDB to XDR conversion and
• Hot billing and offline billing process’s & MSC charging reconciliation
• MNP system implementation in BOSS from start to till system implementation
• CRM system element relating to OCS and account process
• CRM system elements relating to postpaid billing.
BSS/OSS system Cutover plan:
• Cutover plan with other stake holders (network planning network vendors Tekelec/ZTE/Huawei for IN/HLR/MSC cutover.
• STP migration from Tekelec to Huawei and implement the LSMS for the pre-BOSS cutover.
• Cutover the old MNP system to BOSS system
• Execute the BOSS system operations.

Post Paid Billing System:
• Responsible of all month end mid month billing activities for Paktel Pakistan
• Coordinate with Credit management department for the billing issue analyzing and its timely resolution
• Implemenation of changes in the billing system software and coordination with the billing software.
• Day to day TT handling for those quries that are not been solved by the CSD staff (back end support )
• CDR Reconciliation of all Paktel GSM MSCs and Billing System
International Roaming
Successfully done the data clearing house migration from MACH to ARCH in China Mobile Pakistan.
• Planning for the prepaid Roaming solution implementation in the China Mobile Pakistan. Negotiation under way with different vendor ie. N-tel UK.
• Coordination with DCH (Data Clearing House) MACH Luxembourg, for routine IR Issues.
• Tariff Rates update with new countries launches according to the approved business rules and update new tariff/feature induction from time to time.
• TADIG(Transfer Account Data Interchange Group) Testing before commercial launch with IRPs.
• Responsible for Charging of TAP IN/OUT.
• Audit of IR Revenue Reports
INTECH Mediation and IR System
• Active member of Paktel INTECH Mediation and IR systems and done UAT, FAT with the coordination of INTECH UK based ImE Engineer.
• Responsible of all Operational Activities for INTECH ImE(Mediation) and IR Billing System.
• Integration of all network elements (upstream system )with Intech Mediation.
• Integration of all BSS/OSS element/down stream systems with Intec mediation
• Done provisioning activities by using INTECH IaT (Interactivate Provisioning system)

Pre-paid System:
• Number Series Definition of different mobile and Land line operators in prepaid system
• Coordination with switch team regarding prepaid/IR billing/Tariff issues.
