Development of Trade Marketing & Sales Strategy to achieve defined business objective across the product category and ensure Distributions Compliance.
Owing the responsibility for the Development, Execution and Performance of NPL (New Product Launch) development strategies and to increase the Brand presence, Loyalty Programs and ultimate take away.
Work closely with the sales team to develop trade promotion calendars and sales forecasts.
Tracking and execution of TPOSM, PPOSM / Assets on the top weighted outlets.
Conducting Market Research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trend.
Plan and execute merchandising activities, including product displays, signage, and point-of-sale materials
Ensure consistent Brand messaging and visual identity across all trade channels
Pro-actively ensuring Quality and Execution of work and Conduct Team Building Trainings
Custodian of ensuring striving for excellence in execution and within deadlines & assigned budgets
Conducting regular Store visits to assess the Effectiveness of programs, and feedback on the Sales.
Monitor and track competitors trade activities and share best practices.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to ensure business continuity and growth.
Use insights from Data analysis to refine trade marketing strategies and tactics
Provide Leadership and direction to a team of trade marketing executives or representatives
Set clear Goals and objectives for team members and provide guidance and support to help them achieve targets
Awareness and willingness to pay for renewable energies
