Engineering Services Supervisor (BAT)
Responsible for the electrical / mechanical maintenance of all services equipment at site which includes Vacuum pumps, Air Compressors, Dust Recovery and Pneumatic fans, CTS and Tube wells.
Complete HVAC plants maintenance and project supervision, Plant capacity 550 TR.
Responsible to make daily/ monthly maintenance and schedules for services areas.
Responsible for to make schedule the services time of compressors and vacuum pumps and also dryers.
Maintenance of all Air compressors like change compressors oils, filters and others equipment’s.
Responsible for the electrical / mechanical maintenance of CTS departments and insure to give 100% services to production floor.
Responsible to check the daily/monthly mechanical maintenance and supervise the CTS KAR’s .
Installations of Auto Drains at all compressed air line from Compressors room to all services area like production floor, Dust recovery, to avoid the water partials.
Responsible to prepare schedules for gave services from compressor room, CTS, Dust Recovery and from pneumatic fans to production floor.
Responsible to minimize the daily stoppage’s in production floor M/c’s from Services areas.
Responsible for the mechanical maintenance of Dust Recovery plants. And to schedules the planning and maintenance daily/monthly.
Responsible to keep the all services areas equipment’ spare parts records list and make the schedules and planning for spare parts for availability at time break down.
Responsible to minimize the stoppages at production floor from low tobacco issues and eliminate the water particle in compressed air lines.
Responsible to give fully services during installation of PROTOS Machines at production floor.
Project Officer
Responsible to direct reporting & coordinate to GM/DGM about project planning.
Responsible to make project planning and maintenance reports.
I have been done the project, installation of new buckets elevators height 60 meter.
Responsible to make parts/assembly drawings for the above mentions project from A toZ.
Responsible to check the daily works on project related mechanical equipment’s installations.
Responsible to coordinate the safety during working at projects.
Responsible to check the safety and planning of safety analysis for projects.
Responsible to sketch and designing of the new parts when during failure of any parts of the plants in running.
Responsible to select the material with when making the new parts drawings.
Responsible for all plants areas equipment’s making parts and assembly drawings.
Responsible for the Project planning and gave proposal drawings to outside contract companies.
Responsible for ensuring in time approval of contracts with all contractors operating on site for daily maintenance work.
Responsible to inspect the works during works on project from every expect .
Responsible for the drawings of civil works before starting the projects, preparing proposal drawings and after directly approval from GM to give contractors for execution the works.
Responsible to give material composition with parts drawings.

Maintenance and reinstallation of new pulley’s and bearing’s for the high c.f.m classifier fans.

Responsible keep records and update with time of the maintenance schedules of plants.
