 Preparation Inspection Test Plan / Check sheets and ensuring timely submission and approval from MAIN CLIENT / CUSTOMER
 Ensure that all contractual and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements are complied with.
 Ensure the implementation of the project Quality System / Plan
 Preparation of I.T.P. for all activity.
 Ensuring incoming materials are inspected, as approved and stored properly as recommended
 Ensure proper interaction and co-ordination with MAIN CLIENT / CUSTOMER, Site Laboratory and Site Team for project co-ordination
 Ensuring all Quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workmen and subcontractors and providing training in the quality systems and skill functions necessary
 Ensuring and coordinating for the subcontractor quality control / implementation on site
 Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of Contractual Documents and Drawings with assistance from Document Controller

•Work out the quantity of procurement of required materials.
•Preparation of quotation and quantity surveying of all site work
•Supervision of finishing works items including plastering, marble flooring, tilling, and china mosaic, water proofing, plumbing and sanitary work. Checking of joints and different sanitary fitting tests.
•Taking peace workers, labor contractors measurement and making weekly bills
•To check above items irrespective to this and control quality.
•As per design and drawing checking quality control multi storied buildings (G+3)
•Layout of a plan provided.

•Complete site supervision and quality control multi storied buildings (B2+B1+G+6) as per design and drawing
•Testing of construction materials like cement, aggregates, sand, bricks etc. before use
•Maintaining quality control of all work items wise
•Coordinating of labors and contractors
•Execution in soils checking out the trenches for pipes, cable, building footing earth filling dewatering, soil treatment.
•Fabrication of reinforcement as per the drawing, providing bar length bending, anchoring lapping etc.
•Estimating and costing of items of work on the basis of given local rates
•Adherence to construction safety and special safety requirement for working in civil construction.
