•Managing Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and conducting training for ERP/HRMS concerned staff of the following Bestway Group Companies:

•Bestway Cement Limited, H.O., Hattar, Farooqia, Chakwal Line I & II.
•A-1 Support Services (Pvt.) Limited, Hattar, Farooqia, Hafizabad, Chakwal Line I & Line II & Kallar Kahar.
•MAP Rice Mills (Pvt.) Ltd., Lahore and Hafizabad.
•White Pearl Food (Pvt.) Ltd, Lahore and Hafizabad.
•Bestway Power Limited, Head Office, Islamabad.

• Lead HRM team for devising configurations in ERP for business areas as listed below:

• Assist ERP Implementation Consultants in devising and Implementation of HRM module on Oracle based ERP from Gulf Net Pakistan (Private) Limited as Business Process Owner.
• Worked in close liaison with software development consultants in developing and implementing HR module in Oracle Financial System from NDT (and post implementation maintenance in the following fields:
• HR Planning & Forecasting: The scope was kept limited and gradually broadening the breadth of HR Planning in BCL. Managing recruitment & selection, T & D and Performance Management System.
• To fulfill recruitment needs of BCL, technical as well as non-technical areas and make sure that BCL complies with all legal employment obligations in line with the laws of the Government and company set policies.
• Provide consultancy and suggestions in regular HR matters, put in efforts contributing to cultural development subsequently leading to organizational development. Focus on employee motivation, grievances handling and conducted counseling sessions with the employees.
• Ensure that consistency is achieved in terms of Compensation and Benefits at BCL.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting systems, organizational charts and headcount reports are regularly maintained.
• Ensure that Compensation & Benefits and operations related information were kept and maintained in Payroll, Oracle HRMS, ERP and useful analysis and reports are generated on regularly basis.
• Supervise HRMS Payroll System which includes employees database, income tax, gratuity, loan and salary module which further processes compilation of data for salary disbursement and necessary adjustments, payroll reconciliations, salary audit, review and bank transfers etc.
• Supervise and look after of ODP Medical claim bills for reimbursement of the employee and prepare automatic system as per Company policy in Oracle system.
• Liaison with external auditors and perform functions associated with monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing related to HR operations and Gratuity.
• Supervise Health and Group Life Insurance facilities onboard for all employees and ensure timely claim processing and reimbursement according to the mutual agreement with Insurance Company.
• Manage Appraisal forms of BCL and sister concerns’ employees.
• Verification of inventory of consumables & stationery items.
• Supervise and manage the office equipment i.e. computer accessory, kitchen items, purchase and procurement of furniture and fixture, stationary items etc.
• Generate SPR and Indent for purchasing of the various item.
• Verification of vehicle maintenance / record / books / registrations / accident claim with Insurance Company & look after vehicle insurance policy.
• Employees’ grievance and disciplinary actions cases as per IRA.
• Design and Development of Bell Curve appraisal system in Oracle.
• Two major companies merge into Bestway with Previous History data i.e. Mustehkam Cement Limited and PakCem Limited formal company of Lafarge Cement Limited.
