Material requirement and work planning; factory job scheduling on shift-based arrangement; production line workflow monitoring for enhancing productivity; overall equipment effectiveness(OEE) analysis within factory; work measurement analysis for labour efficiency, performance appraisal and reward systems; factory report writing, documentation and presentation.
