As an IT Administrator and internal information systems security at Monetique Tunisie, I work as part of a proactive team of support staff responsible for delivering a high-quality service, PCI compliance-focused, addicted for providing the highest level of technical support to internal staff and our affiliated banks.


 PCI DSS Compliance: (annual project of certification): managing, guidance, supporting and coordination with QSA auditors.
 PCI implementation of controls, assessment, remediation & sustain Compliance.
 Maintenance & management of the Critical Windows based Server Environment.
 Maintaining up to date Antivirus levels on all machines company wide.
 Working on Active Directory accounts & configuration.
 Updating and monitoring IT user accounts.
 Managing, log analyzing and monitoring of Applications & solutions.
 Providing maintenance support and break-fix solutions.
 Follow Documented processes i.e. implementing change control procedures.
 Liaising & meeting with external suppliers of IT services.
 Producing reports for senior managers.
 Troubleshooting technical problems and implementing solutions.
 Purchasing of IT Equipment and software in line within agreed budgets.
 Supporting of affiliated banks.
 Responsible for the fast and accurate troubleshooting of reported faults.
 Providing technical support via helpdesk systems for a wide range of internal & external applications.
 Encryption of data to ensure compliance and protecting critical environment.
 Follow information security awareness programs and alert on crucial new infosec policies, procedures and technologies.

My work consists of all operations necessary for IT (PCs, servers, etc.) equipment and software maintenance.
Also, I follow-up all hardware (ink cartridge, toner, floppy disks, CDs etc.) and software purchases. My duties include supervision of quantity, quality and warranties.

From time to time, I prepare the technical specifications of calls for bids from the domestic and international markets for the Ministry in the computer field. In addition, I am in charge of finding out the best bid from the technical and cost/quality point of view.

Currently, I am managing a computer park of more than 350 users with their accounts.

In many cases, I provide technical support to my colleagues in all departments of the Ministry, at several levels, as for example to help for computer virus eradication in their PCs and servers, safeguards and data storage (archiving) etc.

In this Company, which specializes in the sale and maintenance of computer hardware, my work consisted of all assembly operations and required maintenance for the hardware and software of PCs and servers and printers, etc..

Also, I followed the purchases and the sales of materials, software and other aspects to insure quantity, quality, warranty and necessary maintenance relative to customers and suppliers.

In addition, I gave technical support for the customers of this company, at several levels, as for example to help computer virus eradication in their PCs and servers, installing software, safeguards and data storage, etc.

- Practicum in « Consulting & Développement Informatique » Company specialized in the creation and the development of the software data processing such as VB5 programming, Technical Support, AMC Designer etc.

In this company, which specializes in the ceramic industry, my work consisted of the maintenance of the computer hardware and software for the company IT system.

I followed the purchases of materials, software from the point of view of quantity, quality, guarantee, warranty and necessary maintenance.

In addition, I gave technical support in the administration of the factory, in several levels, as for example to help the computer virus eradication in their PC and servers, safeguards and data storage. In short, to give help in several areas.

In the same way, I gave training courses in computer software, such as “Word” and “Excel”.
