PROJECT HSE MANAGER
Forward thinking strategist in charge of managing all aspects of Health and Safety initiatives including ensuring the proper implementation of the health, safety and environmental activities required on site.Mentor, lead and direct subcontractorsto ensure completion of project on time, within budget and to exact client specification. Projects handled includes: Construction of commercial and residential buildings as well as internal roads and underground pass projects.

Current Project: Currently overseeing, leading and controlling a $300M project Al Bidda Park Project at the Arumaila, Corniche area of Doha, Qatar, Al Bidda park is a 2, 050, 000 square meter project, that comprise of 3 phase, with the construction of 64 buildings and 3 underground water tanks of 500 meters x 600 meters long on each face, The project includes a beautiful water plaza and underground vehicle pass in the form of a tunnel that will link to each phase of the project at each ends.
Key Accomplishments:
Hold accountability for constructing a vast landscape encompassing 70 percent of the 2, 050, 000 million square meter, and laying underground pipes and electrical cables that feed the entire part.
Also working in the capacity of Safety Manager in allegiance the KEO International Consultant. As of this date, achieved 2, 000, 000 man hours in this particular project without L.T.I/L.T.A (Lost time Incident/Lost time accident).

Spearheaded and managed all HSE compliance issues including delivering and maintaining safe and secure working environment for all staffs and project team. Oversaw and directed projects involving Dredging of scattered materials, filing/reclamation work, and commercial/multi-story buildings.
Key Accomplishments
Managed workplace safety by identifying hazardous conditions and practices; leading a large cross-functional team to establish standards and ensure proper identification and control of potential hazards; and continually reviewing and evaluating safety procedures.
Facilitated the Risk, COSHH, Noise, Vibration, Fire assessment programs.
Devised and developed corrective actionsconducted and supported accident, incident, occupational diseases investigations to determine causes and preventive actions.
Delivered Environmental Support to Engineering Projects, including advice and input on permits and legal requirements.
Organised and produced HSE Documents in accordance with client requirements during various phases of the projects from initiation to close-out.

Accepted full accountability for the provision of standards and systems in support of onshore and offshore employees including developing a strong safety culture, as well developing procedures and guidelines in compliance with local regulation and business practices.
Key Accomplishments
•Managed and maintained Crisis Management and Emergency response procedures including the provision of regular response training for relevant employees.
•Coordinated and led the HSES team activities to develop and sustain a culture that stimulates high level of HSE performance and continuous improvement to meet the company HSES Policy.
•Supported the regional HSES Manager to develop an annual HSE Improvement plan for Projects.
•Ensured control and handling of HSE Documents in accordance to Integrated Management System Standard and Procedures including the following: ISO 9001/2008, ISO 14001/2004 &OHSAS 18001/2007

Delivered Environmental Support to Engineering Projects, includingadvice and input on permits and legal requirements.

•Ensured thorough and effective HSE Auditing and HSE Evaluation by preparing HSE Documents per client requirements during various phases of the projects including the initiation Phase, the Execution Phase and the Close-out Phase.
•Spearheaded, managed and prepared Company Quality Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems Standard Procedures to meet the integrated management system standard under ISO 9001/2008, and ISO 14001/2004 & OHSAS 18001/2007.
•Conducted safety inspections and walkthrough at the project locations and prepared report for management.
