•Handle all company tenders
•Groom subordinates on tender management
•Respond to RFQ, Review, summarize ITT document for team understanding and draw up issue(s) for clarifications
•Draw up MOU’s for partnership with other companies for project execution.
•Handle all government and statutory registration requirements and obtain necessary permits for company operations.
•Carryout quality check on bids to ensure conformance with tender requirement.
•Prepare tender for other companies when assigned by the MD
•Source for contracts
•Source for prospective companies for technical partnership for jobs we don’t have the technical capacity to execute alone
•Drive the business development unit
•Package bids and ensure its submitted on time
•Attend bid clarification meetings
•Write work execution plan and associated cost estimate
