• Successfully complete all different types of instrument tubing system (with different alloys) by advanced engineering (study and application)
• Coordinating pressure testing with three different teams.
• Successfully install and integrate all vendor package systems.
• Managing installation of security systems in buildings and at facility perimeter.
• Managing the warehouse for the collection and distribution of the tubing and project materials to clear all possible delays for the completion of the project in time.
• Managing procurement of the project consumables just in time to avoid any bottlenecks and extra costs.
• Provide technical support to the design and engineering team to rectify clashes and design errors in advance to save time and prevent extra costs or double works using 3D modelling of the project.
• Supporting commissioning teams to handover systems in time.
• Preparation of Method Statements.
• Creating instrument, telecom, FGS, junction box, control panel and cable schedule/termination index systems, follow up tables with self-updating automated reporting tables in EXCEL using advanced VBA programming and macros.

• Successful completion of the work with ZERO incident and support HSE department to improve safety at site by attending safety walks and raising safety alerts.

• Managing the warehouse for the collection and distribution of the tubing and high-pressure fitting materials to clear all possible delays for the completion of the project in time.
• Managing calibration and testing of instruments.
• Preparation of Method Statements. Supervising the preparation of quality control documentation.
