• Provide cost analysis, controls and report activities for Capital and non-Capital projects.
• Provide input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements relative to staffing and project
controls, as well as prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quantities, and cost data between the project
forecasts and the budgets.
• Organize, monitor and control project costs and will define project needs for cost control in accordance
with contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.
• Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and will maintain updated final project
forecasts and expenditure forecasts.
• Proactively advise management when forecasted costs exceed the approved budget.
• Use statistical tools to analyze costs metrics and perform risk analysis.
• Analyze contractors' cost reports and extract required data for management reporting.
• Prepare and report cost engineering information on a monthly basis and additional ad-hoc reports as
required by Management.
• Provide all cost engineering expertise and coordinate activities as group/unit leader as required in
preparation for the cost portion of the engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
• Collect, monitor, analyze and report all cost information through the Project Manager.
• Review and analyze all claims and Change Orders on project contracts.
• Participate in the negotiation of project contracts as required.
• Initiate appropriate action when total forecast indicates allocated funds will be exceeded

• Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims
from suppliers, to ensure vendors and subcontractors that all project expenditures are captured and
properly record.
• Performing and managing project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and
follow up.

monitoring of milestone progress the preparation of Invoice processes, etc.
• Performing commercial review for subcontractor’s quotations for the preparation of service agreements.
• Ensuring effective project implementation and utilizing productive reports from the creation of WBS
with the use of the project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and
delivery up to the closure of the project.

• Assist managers during the implementation of new workflows, including meeting with technicians and
executives and making real-time adjustments to meet new challenges as needed.

• Assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of the project by client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constrain and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices.
• Supporting the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics (i.e., project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activities planning, data analysis and reporting preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, project record books preparation, spare parts management, certifications collection, supplier payments, etc.).
• Analysing tender and contractual documents to review the scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints.
• Coordinating specific topics, related, but not only, to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
