• Carrying out research on a daily basis, for rentals, sales and Outsource properties on current market value.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls; providing information and taking messages.
• File and maintain records of all common office documents for the GRE Manager, i.e., Contracts, Proforma invoices, Quotation, Offers, etc.
• Preparing and update Contact Details as long as it is needed.
• Updates weekly reports to management for MAK properties, rented and unrented and will be vacating properties.
• Maintaining/Ordering of office supplies, business cards, letter heads, toner cartridges.
• Prepare Payroll before the cutoff date every month.
• Responsible for office documents such as Trade License and RERA Cards renewal.
• Registering all properties in Ejari System.
• Providing Management with a report for Expired and Expiring Contracts.
• Reliever for Executive Secretary in case of Absence in the position.
• Following Up with Gargash Real Estate driver works and needs and request invoices.
• Following up with tenants according to their needs and provides services on time.
