Make sure that periodic inspections of the facilities to identify and
resolve issues if any
* Developing maintenance schedules and enforce them among
supervisors
* Monitor that repair & planned maintenance work is carried out to
avoid affecting daily operations
* Monitor Costs/Expenses regularly to align it with the Budgets
* Monitor the activities of store & equipment inventory
* Negotiate with different vendors in the market to ensure that we
procure asset at the best possible price
* Identifying assets annually and make sure Global & Local Standards
are followed for the disposal
* Independently Communicate and co-ordinate regularly with Local
Govt Authorities like Etisalat, DCD, RTA, DEWA, PCFC, Nakheel,
SEWA etc for renovations as well as annual renewals
* Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.

* Industrial Expansion & Factory Shifting Projects
Design Fire Detection Equipment’s, Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting
systems & also Fire Extinguishing Device Systems.
* Inspect buildings or building designs to define Fire Protection
System requirements
* Prepare final report detailing specific fire prevention protection
issues, like work performed, revised codes or standards & also
proposed review schedules.
Supervision of Electrical Installation works; Electrical wiring.
* Making of load calculations for power and lighting.
* Preparation of Material Submittals for Clients Approval
