Direct and manage distributors for the ME and Pakistan according to company Policy and objectives, for effective Distributor/ Supplier coordination and optimum performance.

Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the current market developments, governmental regulations and monitor the developments in local market to identify opportunities for future.
Presenting the company in the Local Market through seminars and presentation holding in the country
Managing the distributor Network effectively and monitoring their achievement by setting up a KPI and performance matrix
Using The Danaher Business System (D.B.S) for the daily management and all other related Kaizen, Lean, way of doing better business.
Finishing all required Compliance Training and Certificates for CPA; Anti Corruptions and UK bribery compliance training and be aware about all other Distributor and End user relationship awareness.

 Working with Distributor staff for the tender specifications and prices to make sure that the distributor offer the right Quotation to the right customer. Also Field visit to potential customers with local Distributors to enhance the chance of the sales.
 Working directly with existing end users through visiting them and offering the company support through arranging local or outside training and exhibitions customer visit ( SGH Business Sector).
 Interfaced with senior management to develop short/long term organizational goals and objectives.
