Responsible of Accounts Receivable and Agents transactions in the region who are acting on behalf of National Oilwell
Varco (NOV) in various countries. Responsible of the following:
Accounts Receivable.
Revenue Analysis.
AR Aging Report.
Agents Payables and Receivables, and Settlements.
Agents Compliance and Anti-Bribery Laws.
Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) Reports.
Accruals of Expenses.
Ensuring Agents are complying with FCPA policies.
Responsible of various banking back-office operations and direct contact with customer. Responsible of transmitting
the following operations:
Transfer of Funds through SWIFT.
Foreign Exchange.
Loan processing.
- This includes all types of loans granted by the bank. (commercial, personal, car loan, participation or syndicate
loans, and others)
Discounting cheques withdrawn on third parties, and trust receipts.
Inward and outward cheque clearing.
