◇ Strictly supervise the safe operation and work activities at site.
◇ Conduct or participate daily toolbox talks (TBT).
◇ Make sure JSA strictly implemented on site.
◇ Investigate the near-misses, injuries, or environmental spills. Save the record after findings and implement
corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
◇ Organize and lead drills for fire, gas leaks, or emergency evacuation.
◇ Identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement effective control measures.
◇ Regularly inspect work areas, equipment, and practices to ensure compliance.
◇ Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment.

◇ Keep detailed logs of inspections, incidents, training, and corrective actions.
◇ Appreciate and distribute the Awards among employees following the Safety compliance.
◇ Recommending disciplinary action against the safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves.
◇ Management Responsible to observe and stop all unsafe act and condition in the workplace and report it to
avoid reoccurrence
◇ Understand the safety and Health requirements of the contract as well as the CSSP/HIP and CSM.
◇ Ensure general safety rules are printed in languages understand by contractor and subcontractor personnel
and are Posted in areas where they are clearly visible.
◇ Making sure all the crew know about emergency assembly area, safety shower and telephone booth and
emergency number.
◇ Checking and implementation of work permit.
