I assumed the responsibility for design management of major projects for Saudi ARAMCO, SABIC, and other clients in Saudi Arabia. This includes communication with client and coordination with the respective design team.
As a Sr project manager, I managed various projects involving development of Office Buildings, Community Centers, Instrumentation, Electrification, etc.
As a Best Practices facilitator I conducted lots of Best Practice sessions of recommended by CII and adopted by Saudi Aramco, those best practices cover the following:-
• Planning For Start-Up.
• Constructability.
• Project Definition Rating Index.
• Project Execution Planning Workshop.

As a project manager, I managed various projects involving development of Office Buildings, Data and Control Centers, Community Centers, Offshore Platforms Retrofit, Instrumentation, Electrification, Utilities, etc.
As a project control supervisor, I took responsibilities for maintaining a project control system for all design projects executed by the Company. Monitors project progress and budget man-hours. Reports directly to the Company Management for appropriate action as required.
As an internal quality auditor, I conducted many internal audits and participated in led many awareness sessions regarding maintaining and developing the quality management system in Al-Hejailan Consultants.

Responsible the construction of the King Faisal Road Bridge; Client was Makkah Municipality. the bridge was crossing over Pedestrian Pilgrims pathway. The project included rock blasting, 32m long pre-stressed concrete beams, and 700 m approach road 6 lanes wide.
Responsible for overall construction of Administration Buildings, utilities, site development at both Shedgum and Faras Power Plants for SCECO East (SEC now), consist of 6 concrete buildings with precast cladding, 2 steel warehouse Nullifire fire proofed. Also responsible for supervision of installation of utilities such as firefighting system, LAN, telecommunications, fire alarm systems, potable and raw water supply, HVAC system, etc.
Managed the construction of the Hadeed II HRM Area. Work involved pricing, sub-contracting and planning for all civil activities in the Hadeed II HRM Area. Included deep excavation, Dewatering, reinforcement corrosion protection, round the clock concrete pouring. Clients were Saudi Voist Alpine/HADEED/SABIC
As a Construction Manager for ALSUBAI est. I took the duties of Pricing Supervising and Managing Resources for the following projects:
WELL SITES PREPERATIONS (ARAMCO)
MULAIHA & UMMALSAWAD LINK ROADS (MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATION).
KHAFJI EXTENSION NETWORK (SAUDI TELECOM)
Responsible for construction supervision of civil work for the additional Berri Gas Plant Utilities, the project was an extension of the existing plant. Duties included pricing, contracting and planning for all the civil engineering activities in area. Clients were LUMUS/ DAELIM SA /Saudi Aramco
Responsible for the construction management of Mobil Motor Oil Production Plant. Actively involved in construction of LSTK contract 2, 000 m2 of steel structure building, 30, 000 m2 of site development and all supporting facilities for MOBIL OIL CO.
Responsible for managing the Production Branch that had a production capacity of fabrication and erection of two complete precast apartments per day. The Production Branch also produces all the supporting material and accessories such as wood and steel doors, door frames and windows, tiles, power networks, electrical apparatus power and lighting distribution panels, etc.
Was able to reach the production and erection target of (two precast apartments/day) in a 3, 000 apartment project requested by the client General Housing Organization. and Labor Union.
Worked as Plant Manager for the Precast Building Production Plant, with a workforce of 400 staff, three concrete patching plants, vertical pouring batteries for concrete panels, tilting-table production system, steel form workshop, spot welded wire-mesh plant, steam curing, gigantic transporting squadron and QA/QC Lab. Duties included; trouble shooting in the production lines, stream line the production system, implementing corrective actions and maximize output.
I was able to rectify and revise all the production system and tools for the PRECAST BUILDING PRODUCTION PLANT and bring it back to productive state.
Responsible for managing a plant for producing pre-stressed concrete members for bridges and buildings, utilizing steam curing of concreter members to assure earlier strength required for pre-stressing. The plants is complete production facility started from steel form production to reinforcement bar bending and mesh formation, two 35 ton overhead cranes for transportation, loading and offloading. Hydraulic system for operating the steel forms, production of conduits for housing the pre-stressing tendons, two concrete patching plants, steam boilers and piping system networks, digital instrumentation for control and monitoring of steam system operation and concrete members status, a dedicated fleet for pre-stressed pre-cast concrete members that reach to 150 tons each and 36 m length.
Supervised the production unit for pre-stressed concrete members and erection of the same at the patching plant.
Worked as Construction supervisor of 20 KM long Road in a steep hilly terrain at Al-Baridah.
Structural engineering was my major.
