Worked as Plant Manager for the Precast Building Production Plant, with a workforce of 400 staff, three concrete patching plants, vertical pouring batteries for concrete panels, tilting-table production system, steel form workshop, spot welded wire-mesh plant, steam curing, gigantic transporting squadron and QA/QC Lab. Duties included; trouble shooting in the production lines, stream line the production system, implementing corrective actions and maximize output.

I was able to rectify and revise all the production system and tools for the PRECAST BUILDING PRODUCTION PLANT and bring it back to productive state.

Responsible for managing a plant for producing pre-stressed concrete members for bridges and buildings, utilizing steam curing of concreter members to assure earlier strength required for pre-stressing. The plants is complete production facility started from steel form production to reinforcement bar bending and mesh formation, two 35 ton overhead cranes for transportation, loading and offloading. Hydraulic system for operating the steel forms, production of conduits for housing the pre-stressing tendons, two concrete patching plants, steam boilers and piping system networks, digital instrumentation for control and monitoring of steam system operation and concrete members status, a dedicated fleet for pre-stressed pre-cast concrete members that reach to 150 tons each and 36 m length.

Supervised the production unit for pre-stressed concrete members and erection of the same at the patching plant.

Worked as Construction supervisor of 20 KM long Road in a steep hilly terrain at Al-Baridah.
